Welcome to Westside Village

West Side Village is a unique, two-part rental community located in North Newark.

West Side Village I is a former industrial building that was converted into modern studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences. 

West Side Village II represents the new construction phase of the project and was one of RPM's first Green apartment communities.

Both locations offer easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and entertainment.  The amenities include off-street parking, laundry facilities, an outdoor playground area, an on-site daycare center, and community room with events and activities for residents.
